Gathering folks for food and fun?
We can accommodate a few or several hundred, and we knoweveryone loves BBQ! Especially when it’s made by hand with fresh and authentic ingredients.
Customize a variety of meats + sides to accommodate your gathering:
Prices range from $25 to $50+ pp depending on your selections, number of people, style and location of event. Charlie's Texas BBQ can cater for a minimum of 10 people and up to several hundred.

Drop-Off Service:
Charlie’s drops off your portions in trays ready to serve. You take it from there.
(We can include compostable dinnerware if desired)
Full Service:
Charlie’s will handle the entire service for your gathering including food and/or beverage servers and compostable dinnerware. Number of servers and price per server TBD based on size and style of gathering.
