Stefan (on right) is the Pit Master and he named the business after his father. (Charles is also Stefan’s middle name)
An Englishman makes Texas BBQ?
Indeed! After a Pecan tree fell — just missing his house in Austin, Texas — Stefan bought a smoker and a chain saw. As one does.
He called this experience his “Texas Passport” and was inspired to earn his way into the discriminating palates of central Texans by learning to smoke impressively delicious BBQ. In doing so he won over their hearts and stomachs and is now doing the same in Vail Valley!
